Report printing font size has changed since upgrading from an older version of Jiwa 7

Problem

Since upgrading to V7.00.175, client has found on some machines, that reports printed out of Jiwa directly to the printer are misaligned and ##### replacing some numeric fields. 

Solution

The printer fonts on those computers are out of date and require updating.  Current fonts used by Jiwa are included in the RAR file attached to this article

Save the RAR file and extract the font files to the hard disk of each impacted computer


  1. Right mouse click each Font file and choose Install

  2. Answer Yes if the question is asked about replacing a font

  3. Repeat for all fonts

4. Log back into Jiwa and reports will print as expected
