Problem

There was no report that allowed you to view variances only over a number of stock takes and allowing

Solution

SQL skills required

A working knowledge of SQL Management Studio is required to complete this task

The report is designed to allow reporting over a number of activated stock takes, in part number order based on Classifications and / or Categories and can print variances only if required.  Here is an example of the report with variances only requested.

Download the report and use Refresh from Files from the System Settings > Report Configuration > Reports form.  Add the report to the relevant menus.  Run the relevant SQL script over the database.
