Database Login dialog box for JiwaReports is loaded when trying to print any report

Problem

Printing any report displays Database Login dialog box.  Entering in a valid password and clicking Finish reloads the Login dialog box again and reports wont print.

Solution

Follow this link for an explanation and a solution.  The 7.01.00 plugin attached to the link works for 7.02.00 databases

Cannot Connect to the SQL Server or Logon Failed
