Manual Serial Numbers form does not work where there is more than 1 line on the sales order - 7.02.00

Problem

Manual serial numbers can only be entered against the first line.  Serial numbers entered against subsequent lines are all attached to the first line

Solution

This plugin has been corrected, has passed testing and is attached to this article for download.  Each line clicked populates the quantity ordered into the box and different serial numbers can be entered against each line.
