Problem

The report criteria for comparative figures for the current reporting year reports the full year instead of the period selected.  This was logged for correction DEV-5651 and passed testing is developer build 7.00.178

Solution

The stored procedure and updated report attached adds a new criteria 'Select This Year Comparative' to GLMGT200 - Profit & Loss report.  Options for this new criteria are Full Year, Year to Date and Period Range



Download and save the attached files


  1. Run the SQL script over the relevant database

  2. Add the report to the database using Refresh from Files in the System > Reports Configuration > Reports form
