Loading Debtors Transactions in Debtors Maintenance is very slow

Problem

After clicking on the Transactions tab of Debtors Maintenance, Jiwa is very slow to return the data to the form.

Cause

There is a potential problem in SQL Server which causes Jiwa's standard stored proc to execute very slowly.

Solution

Run the attached stored proc against the database.  This stored proc will work on v 07.00.175 and v 07.01.00 onwards.
