Pantry List may give error if sell price is 0.00 - Cannot divide by zero
Problem
When using the Pantry List to create a sales order for a customer the pantry list won't load. It give the error: "Error : Attempted to divide by zero." The error only occurs on some customers.
Solution
The pantry list code includes a calculation that divides by price. If some stock items have a zero price, the system cannot calculate (no mathematician can ).
Review the prior sales for this customer and check for stock items with a zero price.
Use the Sales with COGS by Debtor report to check for items purchased by that customer. You'll need to run it for at most 6 months. That is the maximum sales period covered by the Pantry List
