Jiwa BI / QlikView is not displaying data beyond a certain year

Problem

Transactions beyond a certain date are not displaying on the screen.

This is because the range of dates selected has been within the date range in the settings, however it has overtime needed to be moved forward.

Solution

Inside Jiwa BI, at the Dashboard TAB, right click where the arrow below is pointing >>  – then Choose Properties.



And then choose the TAB - Constraints.





The arrows Are pointing at the from / To date range.  These two numbers dictate the From / To years of data that the BI will show.

For Example change the range  From 2012 to 2022, then save the model.

Do the Same under the Budgets TAB.
