Use Value of Taxable Import box automatically ticked when creating a new shipment

Problem

The Value of Taxable import box is disabled once the status of the shipment is set to Booking In.  If the user had inadvertently forgotten to tick this box, it could only be corrected by SQL.

Solution

Download the relevant plugin and import into the database.  Creating new shipments automatically tick the The Value of Taxable Import check box.  This field is to be retired in a future release.
