Problem

Loading the Debtor Payments and Allocations screen displays amounts in whole dollars only

Solution

This is a screen display issue only.  Clicking the Un-Allocated Amount (value in red) allocates the full amount of the receipt or the balance outstanding which-ever is the lesser amount.

If specific amounts are to be allocated to different invoices e.g. 300.25 and 355.30 in this example then use the Allocations form from the menu Debtors > Transactions > Allocations
