Problem

Viewing an inventory item Order > On Order tab errors for some items only.  Applies to 7.01.00 only

Solution

SQL skills are required

A working knowledge of SQL Management Studio is required



Caused by an ampersand (&) in a shipment number.  Download and apply the attached stored procedure to the relevant database(s)
