Error when loading sales orders - Key not found. Drill to Source Order'

Problem

Loading or drilling to any sales order reports this error and the form won't open

Solution

This is cause by the plugin "Move Lines to New Order" being enabled, but the plugin "Move Outstanding Amounts to New Order" being disabled. To resolve the issue either disable the plugin "Move Lines to New Order" or enable the plugin "Move Outstanding Amounts to New Order"

  1. System Settings > Plugins > Plugin Maintenance

  2. Search for each relevant plugin and enable or disable as required

  3. Save changes

  4. Log out of Jiwa and back in again to compile the changes

  5. Load sales order
