CRM Dashboard - 'Hierarchical Chart Error - There must be at least one row and one numeric column and data must all be positive values'

Problem

Loading the CRM Dashboard errors for specific users.

Solution

The error occurs because the user does not have any debtors with quotes where that user is the Staff Member associated with the default debtor group.  The idea for this dashboard was it was only showing quotes for the current user's customers - it doesn't look at the staff member attached to the quote.  In the screen shot, Anne Brown is the default staff member attached to this debtor.
