Form slide bar to the right doesn't work

Problem

Users trying to scroll a form to the right to view columns hidden from the screen by using the slide bar report nothing happens.

Solution

The user has inadvertently ticked Scroll Freeze This Column on a column to the right of the screen display when selecting Use Custom Columns

To correct the issue do the following:

  1. Log in as the user and load the impacted form

  2. Right mouse click any column heading and un-tick 'Scroll Freeze This Column'

  3. The form will now scroll to the right
