Error when opening Quotes - 'incorrect syntax near the keyword 'AND'

Problem
Launching the Quotes form or drilling to a quote from a debtor record and creating a new quote errors 'Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'AND'
Solution
This error occurs when the Invoicing system setting ShowOnlyUserDebtors is ticked and the logged in user is not attached to any debtors in the database.
Solution is to either:
turn off the System Configuration > Invoicing setting ShowOnlyUserDebtors; or
attach relevant users to appropriate customer records in the Main > Groups tab of each debtor record
