Importing Staff Records from another database errors with 'Staff not found'

Problem

Exporting an XML staff record from one database and importing the XML file into another errors with Staff Not Found

Solution

The XML file needs to be edited before importing.  The error reported is expected behaviour and consistent with other XML import / export. Remove the ID's from the XML file before attempting to import and you won't get the error.
