Where do you set the decimal places for the system?

You used to set the MoneyDecimalPlaces for the system in the System Configuration > System form but its no longer there. Where is it set-up now?
Step-by-step guide
The System setting "MoneyDecimalPlaces" was removed in 7.00.175. The number of decimal places is now set in the currency which has the flag IsLocal set. The number in the field Decimal Places is the number of money decimal places for the system e.g. costs prices, General Ledger journals, cash book receipts and payments etc. To review the setting for your database do the following:
Menu option System Settings > Foreign Exchange > Currencies
Load the search window
Select the Filter - Enabled from the drop down list
Load the currency that has Local check box ticked (a database can only have one local currency)
