Why am I still getting the message that my licences will expire when I have imported new extended licences?
Why am I still getting the message that my licences will expire when I have imported new extended licences?
Each Jiwa database may have a range of licence files with different expiry dates. Jiwa's warning message is being driven by the licences expiring soonest.
When you import new licences there may be an overlap in dates between when your old licences expire, and your new licences start.
Resolution:
To remove the warning message, load your new licence files. Then delete the old licence files.
