Question
The Utilities tab of Service Manager jobs supports the ability to Import From a Quote. Does the feature support the importing of non inventory items?
Answer
Service Manager supports the importing from quotes of inventory items only, both physical and non-physical items. Non physical items where the inventory classification for those items contains the word 'Labour' are imported into the Labour tab.
Physical items and non-physical items where the classification for those items does not include the word 'Labour' are imported into the Parts tab
