How does ShowOnlyUserDebtors work?

I want to restrict the customers, sales orders and quotes that users can see.  How do I do that?

There are two system settings in the System Configuration form under Debtors and Invoicing - ShowOnlyUsersDebtors. 

Ticking these settings restricts who can view debtor records, sales orders and sales quotes to the users attached in the Group tab under Main of each debtor record. In the screen shot below, Henry, Ann and Ken will be able to view the records for Brown's Computer Store.
