Helpdesk refers to "Former User"
Helpdesk refers to "Former User"
Question
Why do the old helpdesk posts from Jiwa refer to me as Former User?
Answer
During the migration the permissions went out of sync as various permission schemes weren’t copied over properly. This has been resolved now, however, you may notice some text in your comments has been changed. For example, when mentioning a customer previously, we would use @username. As in, @JulieHanlon. This created a link. When this ticket was migrated without the full permissions the customer's name was replaced with “Former user”.
This unfortunately has happened in all tickets where the customer name was referenced with an @. Unfortunately this cannot be reverted and we apologise for the confusion. Rest assured, you are still a valued user.
