Why can't I view Jiwa's Docs or Bugs list?

When I try to view the contents of a Service Release, or the bugs list in general, I get a connection error or ‘Data cannot be retrieved’ error.
Answer
This is a limitation of Atlassian. It means you are logged into our helpdesk (Jiwa project) at the same time you are trying to look at our DEV project.
Your helpdesk account doesn’t have permissions to edit the DEV project so it’s blocking you. Open docs/bugs as a non-user and you can view all you want.
So log into helpdesk on one browser and view Docs on a different browser where you’re not logged in. Or open Docs in an incognito window.
