How do I check that my Jiwa Plugin Scheduler Service is still running as required?

Answer

From your Windows Start menu or Control Panel select 'Administrative Tools'.

Select 'Services'

Scroll down until you find 'Jiwa Plugin Scheduler Service' and check that the Status is running.

If it's not running open the service by double clicking on the name.

Select the start button from the General tab.

Make sure the Recovery mode on the service is as follows:
