Question

What report do I use that shows all the stock movements in and out, by warehouse for some of the inventory items?

 

Answer

The report to use is the Inventory Quantity As At report.  Make sure the criteria you select give you the answer you're after - you may need to test a few options before you get the final result.

Useful criteria

Grouping = Logical warehouse. Allows you to view movements in and out of a logical warehouse

Ordering = Unordered. Displays the movements in date order. Other options are Transaction Dates and Transaction Types

Report Style = Detailed. Shows full details of each stock movement. Other options are Summarised and Consolidated

 

This is an example of what the report displays for one item, limited to one logical warehouse for 2 months.
