Question

How can I tell which Jiwa service release is installed for my version?

   

Answer

In a terminal server or remote desktop environment the service release installed will affect all users.

But in a local client installed environment it's possible for different service releases to be installed on each computer.  This should be avoided. When updating a client machine, try and do them all at once so everyone's working from the same base.



Open Windows Control Panel

Select Programs

Select View installed updates under Programs and Features



If you selected Uninstall a Program, the View installed updates link is on the left panel



The Service Release Name tells you which SR number you have installed.
