Sending Emails using Outlook errors with "Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook...'"

Problem

When using Outlook to send emails from within Jiwa (when the plugin "Email - Configuration Outlook" is enabled) an error similar to the following is reported:

Solution

The error has been known to be caused by conflicts with installed Microsoft Office assemblies.  This often will occur when the machine has a pre-installed version of Microsoft Office, and then Microsoft Office is removed and another version installed.

A solution is to open the Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features and select the installed Office product and choose "Change" from the toolbar - when prompted select the "Online Repair".
