Problem

I want to run a report for an account for a defined set number range as the postings to this account are not in date order.

Solution

A working knowledge of SQL Management Studio

A working knowledge of SQL Management Studio is required to complete this task.

A new report GLINF023 - General Ledger Listing by Set No has been created and is based on General Ledger Listing with Source report.  

These criteria have been removed

These criteria have been added to the new report

To implement the report

  • run the attached script over your database

  • import the report using Refresh from Files under System Settings > Report Configuration > Reports

  • attach it to the relevant user menus using System Settings > Menu Configuration > Menus
