Updating inventory default prices

I need to update inventory prices and I don't have Excel installed on the computer to use Import from XLS.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Create a CSV file with PartNo and DefaultPrice, RRPPrice, LastCost with relevant data

  2. Load Inventory > Utilities > Inventory Import

  3. Select the CSV file and make sure "Update existing inventory" is ticked

  4. Click Import - bottom right

A message displays  the results of records updated and details of any errors

 

 

Where the inventory item does not exist, there is no warning.
