How to add courier and freight charges to all snapshots of a sales order with deliveries

Where lines ordered on a sales order are to be delivered over 2 or more deliveries, freight can be added to each snapshot with a delivery provided the billing type is Ship & Bill.

Only applies to sales orders where Billing Type = Ship & Bill and the Invoicing system setting AddFreightToAllSnapshots must be ticked 

Step-by-step guide

  1. System Settings > System Configuration > Invoicing

  2. Right mouse click a column heading and select Search this grid

  3. Type in AddFreight and click Find

  4. Tick the Contents box and save

  5. Log out and back in again

The courier and freight grid will now be enabled for all unprocessed Ship & Bill
