Change a column name
Column names/titles on most Jiwa forms can be edited to suit your business and workflow.
Column names are specific to each user. Changing a column name logged in as Admin won't change that name for all users, only for Admin. Once changed, the new name will appear each time the user logs in.
Steps:
Login to Jiwa and open the form you wish to change. This example uses the Selling Prices columns. Inventory Maintenance > Prices > Selling Prices.
Hover your mouse over any column name (e.g. P1) and right click. Click Use Custom Columns so that it is now checked as per the image below.
Again, hover your mouse over any column name and right click. This time select Manage Grid.
The Manage Columns box will open.
In the Column Caption field, overtype the existing name with the one you wish to appear.
Click Apply
Click Save on the form.
