Move Comment lines on purchase orders, quotes or sales orders

Comment Lines have been added to a form and need to be moved.  What options are there to re-locate these lines?

Step-by-step guide

There are a few options to move Comment Lines in a form - Insert Comment Line, Cut and Paste and 'drag and drop'.

'Drag and Drop' - Comment Line already exists (screen shots show moving from line 4 to line 2)

  1. Left mouse click the Comment - Line No field, hold and drag to desired position

  2. Release and save

     

Insert Comment Line

  1. Right mouse click the Line No field in the location where the Comment is to be inserted to load the line menu

  2. Select Insert Comment Line and then type in the required text

  3. Save changes

Cut and Paste - Comment Line already exists

  1. Right mouse click the Line No field against the Comment Line and select Cut

  2. Right mouse click the Line No field where the Comment Line is to go and click Paste

  3. Save changes
