How can I see the cost and charge allocations on a Closed Job Cost invoice

When a sales order is raised for a Job Costing job, costs and charges are allocated and invoiced on that order. When the sales order is processed and Closed, the ability to view those allocations is disabled

 Instructions

Download and import the attached plugin into your version 7.2.01 database as follows:

  • download and save the plugin

  • System Settings > Plugins > Plugin Maintenance

  • Utilities tab > XML Import

  • select saved plugin and save

  • log out and log back in again

  • load a Job Cost sales order

  • expose the grid fields JobCostNo and JobCostNoLookup

  • click on the lookup button attached to Job Cost Number

  • the Cost Allocation screen is displayed with details of cost and charge allocation - all fields are disabled

 

Highlight important information in a panel like this one. To edit this panel's color or style, select one of the options in the menu.
