Jiwa comes with 2 dashboards in the System Settings menu:

This dashboard is the same for all users and warehouses (except the My To-Do's and Recent Items grids).

Sales grid

Sales Orders Entered Not Processed

This indicator opens the navigation list by the same name.  The navigation list includes both invoices and credit notes.  It only reports sales orders where snapshot 1 is unprocessed. This list includes unprocessed sales orders where everything is on backorder.

The Ex. Tax Total is the Ex GST sales value of all items allocated to the order (This Del > 0).  It does not include the backorder value.  The Ex. Tax Total is what could be delivered and invoiced now.

Sales Orders with Back Orders

This is a list of parts on backorder on sales orders, so your invoice numbers will be duplicated here if there's more than one part on backorder on a sales order.  The back order value is the quantity x last cost of the item - last cost at the time of making the sales order.  This is represented as EstBOValue on the sales order lines.  Ie, Back Order Value is not based on sell price, it's based on cost.  This is what you need to order or fulfil now.

Sales Orders Ready to Ship

This is a list of sales orders that haven't been previously shipped, so they're at the Entered stage / unprocessed. The Value in this navigation list is the Ex GST sum of all lines where Quantity on Backorder = 0 and Quantity This Delivery > 0.  So it doesn't include lines where part of the quantity ordered has been allocated, but there are still quantities on backorder for that line.  

CRM Dashboard

This dashboard only reports data for which the logged in user is assigned to the default group on the debtor.
