Problem
The message "No Valid Licence Available" occurs when logging into Jiwa, or loading a form.
Solution
- Contact your System Administrator and get them to clear out the crashed Remote Desktop Connections, if using Remote Desktop
- Load Jiwa and click 'Yes' on the No Valid Licence Available message
- If error messages are returned for plugins confirm each message with clicking the 'Ok' button
- An empty form is loaded
- Close Jiwa properly and log back into Jiwa
