The message "No Valid Licence Available" occurs when logging into Jiwa, or loading a form.

There are several possible causes. The Licence is expired (The 14 days update period has passed without a new licence code being imported into the database and there is already another user logged in) Contact your Jiwa Solution Provider and get them to organize a new licence code. All Jiwa Cals are already used Solution: Your Remote connection crashed Jiwa didn't release your licence and you are sure that not more users are logged int than Cals are purchased Solution: Wait until another user has logged out from Jiwa and try to login again
