Column names/titles on most Jiwa forms can be edited to suit your business and workflow.

Column names are specific to each user.  Changing a column name logged in as Admin won't change that name for all users.  Once changed, the new name will appear each time the user logs in.

Steps:

  • Login to Jiwa and open the form you wish to change.  This example uses the Selling Prices columns. Inventory Maintenance > Prices > Selling Prices.
  • Hover your mouse over any column name (e.g. P1) and right click.  Click Use Custom Columns so that it is now checked as per the image below.

  • Again, hover your mouse over any column name and right click.  This time select Manage Grid.
  • The Manage Columns box will open.
  • In the Column Caption field, overtype the existing name with the one you wish to appear.
  • Click Apply
  • Click Save on the form.
