There are at least two ways to do this - stock transfers or directly in the S.O.H. tab of the inventory item.
We'll follow this example through of moving 6 of the 15 for this part number that was received on 'Received on 0000000003' from Bin 3 to Bin 2
Stock Transfers
- Load the Stock Transfer form and display the From Bin Location and To Bin Location fields
- From Part No and select 1140006 and the relevant line of stock (From Bin field is automatically populated and cannot be changed)
- To Part No and select 1140006 and select To Part Bin Location from the search Windowwindow select Bin 2
- Type in 6 in Transfer Quantity
- Save and activate
- Stock on hand
