There are several possible causes.

The Licence is expired (The 14 days update period has passed without a new licence code being imported into the database and there is already another user logged in)

Solution: 

Contact your Jiwa Solution Provider and get them to organize a new licence code. 
(Make sure you your Jiwa Maintenance invoice is fully paid)


All Jiwa Cals are already used 

Solution: 

Wait until another user has logged out from Jiwa and try to login again


Your Remote connection crashed Jiwa didn't release your licence and you are sure that not more users are logged int than Cals are purchased

Solution: 

Wait until another user has logged out from Jiwa and try to login again

  1. Contact your System Administrator and get them to clear out the crashed Remote Desktop Connections, if using Remote Desktop
  2. Load Jiwa and click 'Yes' on the No Valid Licence Available message
  3. If error messages are returned for plugins confirm each message with clicking the 'Ok' button
  4. An empty form is loaded
  5. Close Jiwa properly and log back into Jiwa
