There are several possible causes.: - The Licence is expired (The 14 days update period has passed without a new licence code being imported into the database and there is already another user logged in)
Solution: Contact your Jiwa Solution Provider and get them to organize a new licence code. (Make sure your Jiwa Maintenance invoice is fully paid) - All Jiwa Cals are already used
SolutionSolutions: - Wait until another user has logged out from Jiwa and try to login again
- Purchase additional licences
- Your Remote connection crashed Jiwa didn't release your licence and you are sure that not more users are logged int than Cals are purchased
Solution: Wait until another user has logged out from Jiwa and try to login again - Contact your System Administrator and get them to clear out the crashed Remote Desktop Connections, if using Remote Desktop
- Load Jiwa and click 'Yes' on the No Valid Licence Available message
- If error messages are returned for plugins confirm each message with clicking the 'Ok' button
- An empty form is loaded
- Close Jiwa properly and log back into Jiwa
