Error occurs when waiting to load Plugin form but hit search button before Plugins form loaded.
Steps:
Load one or more forms - Sales Order form currently active in this example
Then attempt to load Plugin Maintenance form from menu
Before Plugin form loads accidentally (read impatiently!) hit Search button
This loads the Search form for the Sales Order Invoices search
invoices displayed but cannot select an invoice as error displayed
Can’t close Search form error displayed
Kill Jiwa from task manager
Error: New transaction is not allowed because there are other threads running in the session.
Work around: wait for the plugin maintenance form to finish opening before doing anything else.
