Jiwa6 licences are counting Jiwa7 sessions

Problem:

You are running Jiwa6 and Jiwa7 at the same time for testing purposes but are running out of licences.

Solution:

In Jiwa6 the old method of licencing counts all Jiwa sessions, including Jiwa7 sessions.  If a user is logged in to Jiwa7 that will use up one available licence for Jiwa6.
