User does not have permission to print sales order to screen

Problem

A user with limited access to the various forms in Jiwa can't print a sales order to the screen.  Error reported is 'Error: You do not have permission to load this form. Module: SetupBeforeHandlers'

Solution

Permission needs to be given to the Report Viewer form for the group that user is attached to.

Follow these steps to correct the issue.


  1. System Settings > Staff Configuration > User Groups

  2. Search for and load the relevant group

  3. Permission tab and scroll down to Report Viewer

  4. Set both permissions to Allowed and save

  5. User to log out and back in again and printing should now work
