How is Sales Last Year calculated?

Question

 There is a column in the Purchase Order Generation form called 'Sales Last Year'.  How is this calculated?

  

Answer

The Sales Last Year value:

  • includes sales from all warehouses

  • the year is 12 months prior to the date the batch is being generated.  E.g. if today is 15/9/22 then it's 15/9/21 to 15/9/22.

  • includes processed AND unprocessed sales order quantities up to and including today.
