Making Quote from a Sales Order errored if the sales order included a kitted item

Problem

When trying to create a quote from sales order where the sales order had a kits, an error was reported after the kit was populated into the grid 'Object reference ... CreateQuote'. No further lines were populated into the quote

Solution

Download and import the corrected standard plugin.
