Demonstrating ASPluris

In order to cast/screen-share your ASPluris terminal to a monitor, these are the steps for the RK26 model:

Configure your terminal

The handset needs to be configured as a “developer” model. Enable developer mode like this:
Open Settings

Scroll down to ‘About Phone’ and tap that option

Scroll down to 'Build number'

Tap on Build number several times until you get the response ‘You are now a developer!' You will get a count down when you have 1 or 2 taps to go.

Connect your device

Connect your device to your computer with the USB connector. When you plug it in, you will be prompted with ‘Use USB for’. Choose ‘File transfer’.

Launch your casting app

This version of SCRNCPY works for the RK26. Download the zip file from below or from GitHub - Genymobile/scrcpy: Display and control your Android device

Once you’ve downloaded the files into a new folder, launch the app by double clicking scrcpy.exe

A command prompt will open, plus a new window from your connected device. You can minimise the command prompt, but don’t close it.

You can now operate your terminal from the terminal itself, or using your mouse against the cast window on your monitor.
