SOMGT110 - BackOrder Processing Report Improvements

Problem

When Service Manager backorders or Warehouse Transfers Backorders are fulfilled with Process Backorders, the Backorder Processing report is blank.

 Solution

1. Report will now show Back Orders for Service Manager and Warehouse Transfers Back Orders.

2. Columns for Date and Staff have been added to the Search Select Starting/Ending Backorder Run No form.

3. Download report and SQL script from the related DEV ticket. Use Refresh from Files from the System Settings > Report Configuration > Reports form. 

4. Run the relevant SQL script over the database.
