One way of doing that is using Excel to connect to the SQL database and extract the relevant data needed.
- Create a new Excel spreadsheet
- Get External Data > From Other Sources > From SQL Server

- Select Microsoft SQL Server
- Type in the server name, user name (JiwaUser) and password (JiwaFinancials123) and then Next
...
- Select the database and select the relevant table e.g. CR_Main for creditors, DB_Main for debtors and next
- Type in a Description for this connection and Finish and OK

- Data is populated into the grid
- Remove unwanted columns and Save As and give the file an appropriate name
